WinKB CapsLock and NumLock Utility 2.0
This keyboard utility modifies your shift key so that it turns the caps lock off when you no longer need it.
You can also set it to turn off the caps lock with a combination of the shift key and an alphabetical character, allowing you to insert characters such as underscores while leaving the caps lock active. The program also provides lock controls for the numeric pad and scroll lock functions. You can specify whether the caps lock, numeric pad and scroll lock are active when you log in.
