This is an utility for icon making, editing, changing, extracting, and searching .

It allows you to edit a transparent or opaque icon. The sizes may be 16 x 16, 32 x 32, 48 x 48, 64 x 64 or a customized size. The colors may be 1-bit monochrome, 4-bit 16 colors, 8-bit 256 colors or 24-bit true colors.
You may also extract an icon from an EXE or DLL file. You may import graphic files including BMP, JPG or GIF and save them as icon files, or export icon files as graphic files. The capture button allows you to capture any area on the screen to the editor. Filter functions allow you to process the icon with special effects including lighten, darken, soften and sharpen.
