This is a tool for encoding AVI files to VCD, DVD and SVCD-compliant MPEG format and vice-versa.

You can join and convert several AVI or MPEG files into a large VCD, DVD or SVCD file for burning to VCD or DVD. Features include the ability to change the format of an MPEG file from PAL to NTSC, and to extract audio from video files to WAV and OGG. You can extract images from video files to JPG, BMP, TGA, PNG, TIF and PCX files. The program comes with three built-in interface skins.
