NewWayService base modules include work orders, actions, worked or billed hours, customers and contacts, hour banks, technicians, products and serial numbers, spare parts, appointments and scheduling, work schedules and knowledge base. You can send and receive work orders via e-mail, manage technician specialties, insert documents, generate automatic work orders, keep a history, and import and export data.
