This is a space-based, real-time strategy game.
The player starts the game controlling one small planet in a vast galaxy. There are alien races around the galaxy as well with planets of their own. The object of the game is to defeat all the alien races. But there is more to the game than war. The player must create a "sim" civilization on each planet that he owns, by maintaining a stable society with farms, mines, universities, factories and other buildings. Each planet controlled by the player can not only create buildings, but also build various spaceships or make scientific discoveries.
