ActiveExit XP 3.2
This tool configures computers to automatically log off users or shut down their systems after a period of inactivity.

The computer can be restarted or shut down automatically even if a user has locked the computer, or if no user is logged on to Windows. You can also set up a schedule of the allowed hours during which the computer can be used by the users, and force users out of the computer when the allowed hours end. You can also select a program of your choice (such as a backup program) to run automatically before exiting Windows. You can also protect the logoff and shutdown commands with a password, install a taskbar icon, and modify the default actions of the system Logoff and Shutdown buttons.
