This tool calculates loan and mortgage repayment amounts, monthly and total interest, and total repayments and generates a full repayment list from a start date.
It is currency-independent and lets you select both period and interest compounding from continuous (compounding only), weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annually and annually. You can save all the repayment lists to a text file or an Excel sheet.
