CalBook (formerly BookIt) 7.0

The graphical interface displays bookings for multiple resources according to user-specified groupings. The repeat booking feature allows multiple bookings over several dates, times and resources, which can later be modified in whole or in part.

You can send e-mail confirmations regarding individual or group bookings using the built-in e-mail capability. Reminders can be added to bookings, and the program records all changes in the booking history.

Multi-user support allows concurrent access on any network with UNC or drive letter mappings. A self serve feature allows users to create and modify their own bookings but not the bookings of others.

Several reports are available including client use and resource utilization filtered by dates, times and clients. Reports can be saved further simplifying report generation.
