This program allows you to encrypt existing PDFs, set permissions, and add user and owner passwords.
There are two passwords you can apply to a PDF. The owner password provides full access to the PDF when a user password has been assigned as well. The user password opens a PDF, with restrictions based on how the PDF was password protected.
