This program allows you to select a preset PLL type, and it shows you the circuitry layout and the various internal frequencies for each channel.
It also provides the ability to simulate frequency conversion. It works as a trouble-shooting tool, as it tells you what the internal frequencies should be for a given PLL type. This allows you to see if a frequency is incorrect or missing.
