The system has a vast range of configuration options allowing certain users better access control than others.

The Notice system is based on a fully configurable HTML Engine, allowing people to publish the latest daily notices to their webpage with one click of a button. The user doesn't even need to know how to FTP, the administrator sets that up and then the user with publish privilages simply publishes.
