This program uses smooth resizing to make avatar images look very similar to the original--just smaller.
The resulting avatar file, including any image that is not resized, is in JPEG format. The program is designed to resize images to a maximum of 150x150 only, not to edit them. You can select any size from 1x1 pixels up to a maximum of 150x150 pixels. The program supports JPG, BMP, WMF, EMF, ICO, and GIF formats.
