Dan Elwell's Broadband Speed Test 3.0.315
This utility can test your broadband connection, identify any areas of concern, monitor performance over time and generate diagnostics you can use to send to your service provider.

The speed test allows you to archive your results in the portfolio and access them at any time. You can also export your results to a number of file formats, including word processing documents, spreadsheets and Web pages. Scheduled testing allows you to configure tests to execute automatically at the times you specify. You can create daily or weekly tests, and there's no limit to how many tests you can specify. Results are automatically archived and you can choose to automatically export the results to file, print the results or even have the results automatically e-mailed to you.
