PDFill works perfectly for me and the price is right. I've never needed Tech support, but they do keep the program updated regularly.

The only missing feature is the ability to create layered pdf's, but that feature is only found in programs costing $500.00 or more.

PDFill does more than programs costing hundreds of dollars.
