Compare your diet to the over 6,000 items in the USDA food database, and view your nutritional requirements, such as RDAs. See if your diet is balanced, how many of your calories come from fat, and track your cholesterol, fiber, calcium, carbohydrate, protein and iron intake.
The program also logs your exercise activities to determine your net calorific intake, and estimate your weight loss and gain. You can even create complex and targeted exercise routines, just like a personal trainer. Graph your diet, weight loss, blood sugar and individual nutrients. Generate reports for one day or a given period of time. Export reports to MS Excel for printing, or synch with the desktop version, Desktop Diet.
Food items you have picked before are saved for selection later, and you can create custom food items from the foods you eat based on USDA data or the label on the package.
