Users can create keyboard shortcuts to insert their text templates into e-mail messages. It assists users on generating mail merge sessions by creating separate e-mail messages based on each e-mail address inserted into the BCC field of an outgoing e-mail. For collaboration purposes, users can also select to always send a BCC e-mail to a specified address, for each message that is going to be sent. It works with any version of Microsoft Outlook, starting with Outlook 98.
