It counts e-mail replies per subject, it adds 6-digit subject tracking IDs, time, date and attachment stamps, and it alerts users about missing attachments or blank e-mail subjects. Users can insert their most used text patterns into outgoing e-mails, such as product instructions, service details, Web page addresses, signatures or other predefined text. Users can create keyboard shortcuts to insert their text templates into e-mail messages. It assists users on generating mail merge sessions by creating separate e-mail messages based on each e-mail address inserted into the BCC field of an outgoing e-mail. It works with any version of Microsoft Outlook, starting with Outlook 98.
