Direct MIDI to MP3 Converter is a good program. But as for me MIDI Converter Studio (http://www.mymusictools.com/midi_tools_20/midi_converter_studio_26073.htm) is the best one. It is simple and, what's even more important, quick. There are many instrument sets that I can use.
