Cafezee provides inventory management, discounting and adjustments, account settlement, shift management and day-close operations. Control clients from the server, save client arrangements and allow the server to be operated as a client. Schedule happy-hours, transfer sessions, set up staff restrictions and rights, customize sales bill and purchase bill, create reports, monitor printing and Internet connections, customize screens and check status from anywhere on the Web. It also provides standard time maintenance, your own currency and date settings, restricted Windows access and Internet Explorer options, and auto-closes applications and active downloads when a customer leaves. You can set allowed applications, banned applications and automatic database backups. The database is encrypted and protected.
