The program allows for up-to-date records of companies, contacts and their associated conversations, requests and mailshots. record sales data and automatically chart sales. Time management functionality includes a multi-user appointments diary/calendar and to-do lists, with various configurable reminders.
Extensive searching and filtering allows subsets of records for creating email lists, for mailing out using built-in address labels, and exporting the data to Microsoft Excel or for use in other programs.
Up to 30 additional user-defined fields can be created to record further information, which can also be searched and filtered.
The program automatically configures to match address and date formats for numerous countries.
