this software is excellent. I have only used the free quota so far but the fax was sent successfully. They sent an email to confirm (if you ask them to) and you can follow the progress on their site.
You need Skpe and have to create an account but this was no hasle and I use Skoe anyway.

This is not a package I would recommend at all.
Not standalone and must create an account you have to carry a credit on to use.
Plus you have to use additional software to get it to work.
Site is very hard to long onto.
