I used this to recover files from a USB 15GB HD that got detached while in use. After I plugged it back in all it showed in Disk Manager is unalocated space. I installed Data Recovery Wizard and it found the old partition and allowed me to recover my files. It worked for me.

Even though this program did not recover the contents of my hard drive, the customer support was phenomenal. I received quick responses to all my questions and when I finally determined that the software could not bring my files back, my purchase was refunded in full within 5-7 days. As promised, I told support that when I saw the refund on my statement, I would leave positive feedback. As an aside, I also took my hard drive into the local shop but was unable to recover any files. I want to thank the team at EASEUS for trying to help me as much as possible!

Did excellent what it said it would do. I tried other programs on my currupted RAID0 array disk that had been formatted (full format, not quick format) and this is the only one that recovered all of my files.
I would recommend it to anyone who want to recover lost data.
