Unfortunately the updates to this program automaticaly install the Yahoo toolbar without giving you any chance to say no, as you would if you were installing it yourself. I consider this malware and it is not to be trusted. Anyone that installs software without warning that you have previously elected not to install, has something to hide. The Yahoo toolbar is slowing down my computer and there is no easy or obvious uninstallation. Don't risk it! YES I AM ANGRY!

i have used the free version for about three weeks (on two PCs), and result is real bad. It slows down your PC tremendously ! Therefore i can't recommend AVG at all.
