Absolute Video Splitter Joiner can split or cut a movie file to small clips in various formats by setting the start time and the end time of each clip. You can also join multiple video files or pictures into one large video file, in spite of the source format and the target format. The built-in video player lets you preview the video files before splitting or joining. You can setup the output such as framerate, image size, and video or audio codec as you like. It supports multiple video formats such as AVI, DivX, MPEG1, MPEG2, WMV, ASF, BMP and JPG.

Note

The demo version allows for three part splitting or joining of a file.
