I have been using CCleaner, but it didn't seem to do much for me.
I ran this a couple of hours ago, and my computer is flying, like when it was new!
It was also easy to use. I just clicked "skip", at the registration screen, and it went ahead and did the full clean anyway. I will probably register when I can afford to donate some. I don't think I will ever be able to donate the amount this program is actually worth, however.
