This tool calculates federal tax withholding, Social Security tax, Medicare tax, and withholding tax for all states. It prepares the State Employer's Contribution and Wage reports, Forms 941, 944, 940, W-2, W-3, 1099-Misc, and 1096. Auto Payroll generates up-to-the minute payroll tax liabilities and labor expenses reports. It also handles non-employee workers, user-defined deduction and income categories.
