Podcast Station does it all.

Record, edit, mix, and publish audio to the Web quickly and easily. Everything happens on one screen which features twenty-one assignable cart buttons; four assignable deck buttons; five volume control sliders; VU meters, on-screen function key block; and an active file window that displays real time wave forms while recording and playing back. Podcast Station records in WAV format and exports WAV, WMA, MP3, and AIFF files. Podcast Station comes with additional features including Automatic Gain Control, Markers, Zoom and special effects. A well-documented user guide is available under the Help menu. Podcast Station runs on Win2k and XP and requires a sound card and microphone.
