Customize the way of search and recognition of duplicates (by any chosen fields) and save it into the profile that can be processed in one click, available from the Outlook toolbar. Merge and edit selected items (contacts, e-mails, etc.), auto-merge. Manage duplicates (edit, merge, or skip) before final processing. Support of Exchange type folders including Public Folders is enabled. An option to mark the found duplicates with selected category (-ies) with category colors on Outlook 2007. Choose between four optimized duplicate search algorithms that will help you find identical data quickly. Apply Actions to the duplicated items modified in within the chosen timeframe. This is my 10 cents about this product:
Pros:
- Do whatever you feel like with the duplicates once it finds them
- Efficient at finding most of my duplicates (and I have a lot of contacts)
- Even allows you to search distribution lists
- Let's you do basic tasks extremely quickly
Cons:
- Trial limit of 10 is annoying
- Some learning needed for advanced things
It's by no means a bad tool - I like it a lot, and I've tried many others before I used this one. I recommend it to anyone.
