WindowSurfer is a tabbed web browser and is designed for users who have to keep logged into several web sites throughout the day.
The user creates Links to desired websites in a side panel and fills in the site details like URL, UserName, Password. User also selects if she wants Auto-Load, Auto-Refresh and popup blocking for each Link. Once this setup is done, then WindowSurfer does the rest of work of keeping the user logged into desired web sites. Each site opens in its own tab and the user can easily switch between different sites. If Auto-Load for a Link is not selected, then the user can login with just one click on the Link at any time. Passwords are securely encrypted and stored on the user's own computer. It is a great productivity tool for users where they have to login to multiple Web sites throughout the day. It is also useful for busy people as it enables them to quickly go through their web accounts without any typing. Access is controlled by a user set master password. The web search feature using Google/Yahoo/MSN allows you to see the searched results in one window and their content pages in another window side-by-side.
