Binary XML is compact and fast, but you can't view binary XML files using a Web browser.
Now FI Viewer comes to the rescue. Just click on any binary XML file encoded using the Fast Infoset standard and FI Viewer will display it as text XML without requiring you to convert it first.
If you want to convert a text XML file to Fast Infoset or the reverse, use the FI Converter which is also freely available from Tucows.
