Contacts Scrubber for Outlook 3.0
Contacts Scrubber for Outlook provides a means of easily eliminating duplicate records from your Outlook Contacts.
It works by processing your Outlook Contacts, looking for possible duplicate items. As it finds duplicates, it presents them to you, displaying field-by-field comparisons of item data, and proposing a logical way of merging the item data into one unique item. You may then merge these items; you can opt to use the program's proposed merge, or override it with your own personal choices, on a field-by-field basis. The free Unregistered version of Contacts Scrubber gives you all of the basic capabilities you need to eliminate duplicates from your Outlook Contacts, and can process up to 1000 items. The Registered version of Contacts Scrubber, available for purchase via our online eStore, provides you with these additional capabilities:
Ability to process an unlimited number of items Ability to create user-defined duplicate definitions Auto-processing: scrub duplicates without user intervention Ability to scrub across two Contacts folders Special bonus: adds an Outlook menu option that lets you scrub open or selected Contact items right from within Outlook!
