Unlike other Amazon search widgets, my Amazon Seach 1.0 returns search results back to the widget.
With the others the widget is just a link to Amazon.com. How valuable is that? Not very!
The top ten results are returned in the widget. A subsequent click on a result takes you to that product's description page. As you can see by the screen grab, a photo of the product, its description, the price, and the savings amount are displayed for easy viewing. The footer contains the total number results available and a link to all results in Safari.
