PaperCut NG 7
PaperCut NG provides monitoring, quotas, and control for printing and/or Internet usage on networks of all sizes.

It was specifically developed to help schools and universities manage and promote the responsible use of IT resources. It also has applications in business where there is a need to implement a user-pays system or silently monitor and log usage. The print quota and associated accounting can be administered remotely via a Web interface. Organizations may choose to implement PaperCut NG in a number of different ways. Its modular design makes it easy to deploy components as needed, and its highly configurable nature allows for a wide range of solutions.
PaperCut NG can run on Windows, Mac and Linux / Unix.
