NET application that can be used to log calls from different locations to a MS SQL database. A mini "CRM", the remote phone log can be used to keep track of frequent customer calls from the same customer. Call groups can be created with an easy to use visual tree that defines your products structure. Callers logged in can E-mail or text message snapshots of the call to other addresses in the contact section. Calls can be escalated to a web based escalation tracking tracking system.
