We choose actiTIME because of its simple and clear interfaces and management options. Espessially we like time recording interface that allows hours to be entered easily on a weekly base with total views.

I recently tested it on a standalone PC in order to evaluate whether the solution could meet our needs. And I found this is a very good product for the following reasons:
- Easy to install
- Quite complete
- User-friendly interface including some checks for data entry
- Good security and access management
- Possibility to export data in CSV file to exploit them later

My initial thoughts are this is the best time entry product I have come across so far. I have tested many time entry products over an extended period and they were either limited in features or poor ergonomically, or full of bugs. actiTIME is well designed, easy to use, and clearly superior to other time entry products.

Our installation was simple and successful. I really like this tool and I am amazed by the fact that its free. I was able to intuitively understand pretty much everything in about your tool in 20 min, and after an hour more I had moved all the structure from Excel, our old time tracking tool, into actiTIME. At this point actiTIME is perfect for our needs.

It's an amazing product, and despite the fact that there is no cost associated with it, is extremely well polished and a good deal better than other apps which have licence fees. At this point it more than meets the needs of my (tiny) company.

To be honest I downloaded many and tried, shareware as well but only a few expensive tools can do more than Actimind supplied for free. There are not so much web based, that is a great advantage: no need to install the updates on every single computer that is a huge benefit from release management point of view.

Flawless installation! The interface is entirely intuitive and very easy to use. I have populated most of the parameters needed for the testing phase and have had no problems so far. And we needed no further information other than a cursory glance at the online documentation every so often.

We have been looking for a simple solution to small office time-management. This software was exactly what we are looking for and other than maybe expanding on the billing side for budget purposes it is simply perfect and perfectly simple.

I installed actiTIME without any problems. It was as easy as it can be. Working with the program is also a great experience! There are no bugs found, no hiccups or anything you would expect to see in freeware. I was very pleasantly surprised to find this software, then when I found out it is really free, well... amazing. This is something I would expect to find in payed-for licenses!

We are very impressed with the product and have found that it matches our business process very well. We are seriously considering it to replace our old in-house system. The interface is simple, intuitive and with a very professional look and feel. The features that we were looking for are: web-based, relational database back-end, hours-based time entry and one week per view - actiTIME has all of them and much more.

It has proven to be a useful tool. Most recent proof I got when we used actiTIME CSV reports as a source for preparing a list of all processes and calculation of the % hours spent per task. It was quite eye opening as to what % of the manager and staff days was spent on what tasks.

The product is pretty sweet. Simple, quick and with just the right level of features to avoid clutter. Installation could not be easier.
I have used quite a number of time tracking products, both as an independent consultant and within large firms, and I have to say that actiTIME is the best I have used to date.

I would like to thank you for a sound piece of software that is highly useful to us. One specific issue is that it has one of the best interfaces among other time recording software I have seen and is very "clean and professional".

We have fully migrated to actiTIME for our time tracking. The application is very good and our users are happy with the switch. Entering time is easier with actiTIME than our previous application. I find it amazing that Actimind gives this application away for free.
