Hi iamlee.
I have opposite opinion. It was done a very very great job for me ( downloading from RapidShare with resume capability and ability to download more than one files simaltaneously without having premium account!!!). So concerning the speed indicator, I'm agree with you, it is not the real indicator. because I have a dial connection with maximum 20 kbps, but this program shows 5-500 kbps. But there is one note, the speed plays between these values, so the average may be the same.

Slow, slow and slow. This program looks great, appears to download at 'super speeds'.. but it's very deceptive. It took over 3 hours to download 2 files with a size combination of 180mb! Yet the program speed indicator showed it downloaded them at an ave of between 1000 and 2500KB (on a 1.5MB connection). Don't think so! It seems to be downloading at around 5 to 10kb/s. Yawn. Normally my downloads are around the 160 to 170kb/s mark. Nah...this one is getting uninstalled after it finishes downloading the current file (which is only 68mbs and has only downloaded 2% as I type (supposedly at 1500kbs not!) lol
