Abra Screen Recorder is a powerful yet easy to use software product that allows you to create training videos and FAQs, presentations, software demonstrations and screencasts that can be published to the Web.
Using the built-in timeline based Video Editor, you can add audio tracks (WAV), Picture in Picture Video (AVI/MPG) for on-screen training, and even crop or resize a recording to a specific size. You can even edit any individual frame in a recording using your favorite image editing application like Photoshop or Fireworks.
Abra comes in two paid versions. The Professional Edition is designed for single user environments where you are recording your own machine for publication. The Contact Center Edition is designed to record or live monitor multiple "Agents" in a networked environment. The Contact Center Edition includes features such as Instant Messaging and Live Monitoring of Agent workstations.
