CodeTwo Exchange Rules software enables centralized deployment of standardized disclaimers and signatures to e-mail messages sent from all mail clients via Exchange.

The software automates the process of adding footers designed by the administrator to selected outgoing e-mail messages. Signatures can be dynamically filled with individual contact information from Active Directory integrated with the program. If messages are sent in HTML format, your footers can contain images, such as the company logo, stationery elements.
The program works with Exchange Server 2007/2003/2000 and SBS and supports all client types: Outlook, OWA, OMA, BlackBerry, SMTP clients.
