You can convert MS Access data to MS FoxPro or MS FoxPro to MS Access databases simply by configuring several options through Wizard interface or in command line mode. With this tool you can generate program files(.prg) with SQL-script inside if you need to update remote FoxPro database. DBConvert for MS Access & MS FoxPro can transfer the content of the source database into FoxPro program files (.prg) that serve as dumps in FoxPro environment. Afterwards, you are enabled to run .prg file on remote FoxPro server. The destination database in this case will be recreated and updated with all the tables filled with the data according to SQL command set stored inside .prg file.
