Tasks can be entered quickly into a categorical tree listing by pressing Enter and typing the name of the task. Then later when the task needs to be handled, it can be sent to the Active list with a single click, which places it in a short list of all tasks that are actively being worked on. Each task can be assigned a due date which shows up on the calendar, and a reminder can be set to display a notification balloon or send an email alert. Scheduled email alerts are helpful for remembering birthdays, anniversaries, doctor's appointments, car maintenance schedules, or any task that you don't want to forget. You can leave the program running on your home computer and receive reminders in your inbox at work, or vice versa.
