IconForge includes utilities for changing default Windows icons, for adding icons to documents and scripts which do not normally have unique icons, for displaying animated icons on the desktop, and for creating icon libraries and stand-alone albums. A full-featured paint program is also included so that you may import and modify images prior to loading them into the icon editor. You can extract icons, cursors and images from inside program files, or even modify existing icons within program EXE and DLL files.
