NetPBM 10.28
NetPBM is a package with a myriad of programs that convert graphics from one format to another, and edit and analyze images.

There are no interactive tools in this package, and there is nothing that displays graphics of any kind.
More than 50 graphics formats are handled, including JPEG, PNG, GIF, TIFF, BMP, XWD, XBM and G3 fax. The package also contains more than 40 editing functions including scaling, cropping, quantization and dithering, colorizing, blurring, and dimming.
