Yes, it has a load of file options both for source and output files...
Yes, it has options for single and batch conversions including one for subfolders
Has options for changing sample rate, converting to mon and applying replay gain
and it works silently letting you know once it is finished...
output is perfect....
nice and simple. and it is not trial and did not ask me for any money or registration....
very good shareware
