Arc-Flash-Analytic v 3.0 has been developed based on IEEE 1584 Guide for Performing Arc-Flash Hazard Calculations as an easy to use and comprehensive tool for calculating arc incident energy, flash protection boundary, determining limited, restricted and prohibited approach boundaries and risk category required by NEC, CEC and OSHA when work is to be performed on or near the energized equipment.

I talked with one of the customers who uses it, and he says it works great. And $130, you can’t beat that. Also the website has a lot of good resources for Arc Flash labeling.
