It encompasses the entire specification, tendering and bid management process, including: Creation of tenders and uploading related documents. Publication of the tender in electronic format on the internet to a selected list of suppliers or to the general public. Registered suppliers can login to a secure site with a user name and password and prepare and submit their bids online. New suppliers can register and then access the documents. All clarifications and correspondence are tracked by the system and suppliers can submit or withdraw their bids before the closing date. Bids are then available for extraction and evaluation. Awarded contracts can be published if required.
