VoIP Aware is a proactive SIP call monitoring, diagnostics and recording tool for voice and fax over IP enabled hardware and networks.
Use VoIP Aware to continuously monitor and generate diagnostic data for all SIP calls.
Proactive data collection eliminates the reactive testing process and ensures that users have immediate access to diagnostic data before bad calls are reported.
VoIP Aware captures each call\\\'s packets (SIP, RTP and T.38) to .pcap format and is capable of extracting the audio and fax pages of completed calls to .wav and .tif formats respectively.
Without a license, VoIP Aware operates as a Free Edition. Users are able to monitor all of the voice and fax over IP calls, but are limited to generating diagnostic data and extracted call media for up to one call at a time. Real-time alerts are also unavailable in the Free Edition.
Users can activate the Free Edition to contain full version features by purchasing a license from www.voipaware.com. Per Incident licenses are also available, activating the software temporarily only when required.
