Mark^Up Tools is an affordable document markup and annotation application for redlining, commenting and enhancing any type of electronic document.
XPS files, created from a free Windows OS XPS print-to-file driver, can be generated from any printable document, web page, or photo. XPS files are then imported for marking on one or more layers by a reviewer or team and exported as marked XPS files viewable on all Windows computers or PDF files.
