Time-Aid Timesheets automatically logs your computer activity data in the background while you work-no data entry or start/stop times are required. This ensures that your activity data is comprehensive and complete. Even when you are away from your computer, the software will also collect activity data such as reading, meetings or telephone calls. These non-computer activities are accounted for with an optional prompt which can be configured to appear after a specified amount of computer idle time. This process eliminates the hassle of taking notes about what you did throughout the day and gives you more time to focus on the task at hand. Time-Aid Timesheets' patent pending process prioritizes your activity data within 5, 6, 10, 15, and 30 minute time blocks so that you can easily see where you spent your time in a very familiar interface. This process brings the important details to the top, allowing you to easily decide where to assign the activity in your timesheet. Once you are ready to complete a timesheet, you need only to drag time blocks onto your projects/tasks. Using the details provided by the automatic log, you can easily decide where to assign the time. A timesheet is then automatically created and can be saved as a .csv file or emailed to the appropriate person, helping get your timesheet in on time. The automated logging process ensures that timesheets are accurate and complete, even if you are days or weeks late in submitting your timesheet.
