nCodian Flatfile is a simple, flat file database engine in a .NET 2.0 class library DLL assembly.
Flatfile provides the basic operations: create a database; open and close a database; write new records; update existing records; delete records; retrieve records (first, previous, next, last, by number, all records); filter records (search/find); import from and export to CSV and TSV formats. Flatfile is distributed with a demo application with sample databases, compiled developer's help, sample code, and XML comments documentation file that provides design environment help in IntelliSense and Object Browser within Visual Studio. The demo application ships with sample databases so you can get started right away with seeing what Flatfile does.
