this worked. I just needed a driver for my DVD player, but I wasn't positive. so I was recommended this program from a friend. I ran the demo just to make sure it was a driver issue and then knew which driver I needed to find on the ASUS website. I was also able to go to their tutorial section and have them walk me through the ASUS website. (I never bought the full version...) I like this website and free scanner.

This was recommended to me by a friend, and I have to say, it outperformed my expectations. I was having problems getting my video display to play nice, and after a quick and easy install of DriverBoost, problems resolved.

It also updated various other drivers that were out of date on the machine. This was a lot easier than I thought it was going to be!

Every time I tried to watch a movie on my PC a whole bunch of gobbledygook came up and my computer would FREEZE. It was the most annoying crap I have ever dealt with.

This was like the 10th program I downloaded in order to fix the problem. The problem was that the first nine DIDN'T DO ANYTHING.

FINALLY, DriverBoost came through for me in the clutch. I have to say I was understandably hesitant at first. But, a friend recommended DriverBoost so I figured I'd give it a shot.

Now I can play movies on my computer with no problem. The program actually fixed a few other little display bugs I had. I think my display adapters were out-of-date, so DriverBoost notified me of this issue and then updated all of my drivers.

The best thing about DriverBoost is that it's totally transparent. You know what's going on the entire time. You can even contact the company if you have questions.

I don't normally write reviews, but DriverBoost helped me out, so I figured it's only fair to give them a kudos.

I recently started having problems with some of my USB devices. My DVDR and MP3 player weren't being recognized anymore. I went through all the advice I found online, from downloading new drivers to changing BIOS settings and leaving the computer unplugged for a few hours. Nothing worked until I downloaded DriverBoost and ran it. Finally everything is back in working order!

What's really great is that DriverBoost is way less complicated than all that other stuff I did, and it ACTUALLY fixed the problems!

A few days ago, I got that crappy Internet Security 2010 virus. It really messed up my computer. After I finally got everything off, my video accelerator didn't work anymore. I searched the house and couldn't find the CD and the website was no help. Anyway, I download the DriverBoost as a last resort.

I chose DriverBoost because it had a contact e-mail. I didn't need it though because it was so simple to use. It only took me a couple of minutes to download and install all the drivers I needed. My computer is back to normal again. Thanks!

I downloaded the DriverBoost after I got a new computer and tried to install my webcam again. The CD installation didn't work on my new computer. I tried the website with no success or helpful response. I'm not the most computer literate person, so I looked around for something that would scan and update all of my drivers. I decided to go with DriverBoost because they had contact info and physical address. I was able to get my webcam updated and working along with a few other things. I wasn't sure what one of the updates would do, and I wrote customer service. They responded within a couple of hours and helped me understand why the update would be useful. Now I'm back in business and able to have a video chat session with my daughter and grandson that live on the other coast!

It's not hard to adjust the settings, and very easy to understand.
