The program also supports basic and extended user information options, allows you to add and edit users from within the GUI, and supplies a user history.

All commands and information are available through a simple, convenient tab dialog. Licq also has a completely configurable user interface with skin and icon pack support.

The program was written in C++ with the Qt widget set.
